first off im trying to gain muscle i workout w/ weights 4-5x a week 15 5ft 5 138lbs-140ish 630am egg whites(140calsworth) 2slices whole grain bread-220cals 10g protien 40g carbs a 10oz glass of 1%milk 1/2c white rice 930am protein bar (180cal 20g protein) big apple 1245pm: 2 slices whole grain bread 4oz turkey 1oz munster cheese a 8oz choc milk 230 multivimin and workout till 330 3:30 shake 12oz 1% milk(i have no skim) 1 scoop bodyfortress and a banana plus a rice cake 600 8oz 80% lean beef (in a meat loaf) and 1.5cups of corn 930 im gonna have 1 cup of 1% cottage cheese cuz i dont like other kinds..and what else should i have? how many cals/protein/fat/carbs you estimate i had..what should i adjust..critique please damn..all night..sht i dont get THAT much h/w im in 5 honors classes... no dude gaining weight..so im assuming i didnt eat enough? im suppose to eat around 2900cals it's been working i aim for 2700-3000cals daily...
